Ingredients:
- Fresh Adriatic tuna (250 g)
- salt, colored peppercorns
- capers, motar and olives (or just capers)
- lemon juice
- olive oil
Preparation
Freeze the tuna before cutting so that you can slice it as thinly as possible.
Cut very thin slices,
salt, steam, add lemon juice to taste,
pour olive oil,
arrange capers, motar and olives.
Serve with homemade bread or homemade focaccia.
