Ingredients
(for one loaf the size of a baking tray that goes with the oven)

  • 500 ml of olive oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 fresh hot pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation
Put herbs in a decorative glass bottle and pour oil over it (to the top).
Add peeled garlic and hot pepper to the spice oil, then close the bowl tightly with a cork.

Serving:
After a few days, when the oil absorbs the aromatic ingredients, serve it as an addition to salads or various dishes.

Tip:
You can add herbs to the oil as desired (dill, sage, basil…). Store it in a dark and cool place (approx. 16 – 18 ° C)
