Vodice doo for construction, trade, engineering and other services, realizing the needs of local olive growers for a modern oil mill that would meet the requirements for olive processing by modern mechanical cold processand oil production of the highest extra virgin quality, and driven by love for olives and olive oil, decided to make step out of core business and create the largest and most modern olive oil center in the Mediterranean.

As part of the Sv. Ivan Olive Oil Center, we have been producing our oils for years, respecting all the prerequisites for extremely high quality olives, on about 1000 trees of our own plantations.
