Purchases in our Webshop can be made by domestic and foreign, natural and legal persons.
We accept returns of correct and undamaged goods and we will return the money to the customer’s account as soon as the return arrives at our address.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product and in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act you are responsible for any impairment of the purchased product. .
You can return the goods by the delivery service by sending the package to our address from which the package was delivered to you. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product if he exercises his right to unilateral termination of the contract.
In order to make a replacement or return the order with a request for a refund, contact us at +385 (0) 22 440 259, or send an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to info@maslinovo-ulje.com and describe what problem you have. Depending on the type of payment, you will need the bank account number to which you wish to receive a refund.
Goods can only be returned upon presentation of an invoice.
If you return the item by the delivery service, you send it to our address Put Gaćeleza 1c, 22211 Vodice, Croatia.
In case of return of goods or return of funds to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, VODICE doo will return the paid funds for goods to the IBAN current account of the customer.
Refunds to persons who have paid the company is made after confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, and within 14 working days.
Please note that the returned product (s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods caused by the handling of the goods. This does not apply to the handling required to determine the correctness of the product.
In the case of ordering a package of 0.1 l oil, delivery will be made in a delivery of at least 10 packages of the same oil.
In case of ordering an oil package of 0.25 l, delivery will be made in a delivery of at least 4 packages of the same oil.
In the case of an order from an oil package of 0.5 l, delivery will be made in the order of a minimum of 1 package of the same oil.
In the case of an order from an oil package of 0.75 l, delivery will be made in the order of a minimum of 1 package of the same oil.
For orders over HRK 400.00 for delivery only within Croatia , we release the buyer from delivery postage.
For larger orders, we grant additional discounts as a percentage for:
- Orders containing 10 or more products of 0.75 l we grant a 5% discount
- Orders containing 10 or more products of 0.5 l we grant a 5% discount
- Orders containing 12 or more products of 0.25 l we grant a 5% discount
- Orders containing 20 or more products of 0.10 l we grant a 5% discount
We deliver for packages up to 12 kg.
